The Greek Giannis Antetokounmpo carried his team by scoring 50 points in Game 6, on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, to offer the title to the Bucks against Phoenix.

Unsurprisingly, Giannis Antetokounmpo was named MVP of the NBA Finals, completed on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday with a monumental feat: his 50 points which bring the title to his Milwaukee Bucks , 50 years after their first.about:blank

With 35.2 points and 13.2 rebounds on average, the Greek crushed this final (two matches over 40 points before completing his domination in Game 6). He joins in history six players to have achieved such a performance beyond the legendary 50 points in the final: Elgin Baylor (61 pts in 1962), Michael Jordan (55 pts in 1993), Rick Barry (55 pts in 1967), Jerry West (53 pts in 1969), LeBron James (51 pts in 2018) and Bob Pettit (50 pts in 1958).

This MVP title of the final is added to his two MVP titles in a row (2019 and 2020), his five All-Star Game selections, including once MVP (2021), and his best defender of the season award. 2019-2020.
